Fairport Office Park was inherited five years ago from their grandfather, Sam Morrell who built the original office park in 1973.  Over the past five years Scott, Jeff, and Craig have invested over .5 million dollars into the park making massive improvements such as remodeling the exteriors of all seven buildings, a new entrance to the center, new common foyers with hardwood flooring or ceramic tile and new restrooms.
